If you have used Boris AI through Facebook or Instagram and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, you can do so by contacting us directly.

How to request data deletion:
Email us at hello@boris-ai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the Facebook or Instagram account associated with your request. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What data we hold:
When you interact with a Boris AI assistant via Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM, we may store your Facebook Page Scoped ID and the content of your conversations. This data is used solely to provide the AI assistant service and is not shared with third parties.
